Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid reviewer of Z-graded movies typically in the horror and martial arts categories. Her style and method are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she prefers to review crappy action movies with a morbid fascination. After gaining some fame in the forums on Channel Awesome (under her previous username Obscurus Lupa), she began to review in late 2009. The website remained online till the start of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was redesigned into Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that are about the Charmed series. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Her videos can be seen here and here. You can also find her via her Twitter page as well as her Tumblr account. Are you bored of Allison? You can see her kicking her thighs as Interpol Ninja Cheetah Lee on Ninja the Mission Force. Also, she was as a character in Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! The appearances she made in Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of shite films for children or RiffTrax as well as the odd adult comedy. The first time she reviewed movies was in 2009. After gaining fame on Channel Awesome forums, she was asked to be part of the reviewing family. She has been on countless Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as in Phelous & the Movies. She was a part of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and was often seen on the show Nostalgia Critic.
