Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky dad. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page, @annephung. In this blog, I will share my story-the highs, the lows, and everything in between. My family relocated to America. When I was of one and a quarter, I joined my parents. In order to give them a chance at a more prospering future, I aimed on my goals and worked hard to get there. My goals were set as follows: I'd study at university, land a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase the house. Though I believed that this was the ideal definition of success, life had different strategies. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and status were good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was just wasting my time. While navigating my way through a different direction in my career, I found that I was meant to be an instructor. I was a fan of working out, I liked being around people and I enjoy helping others. In 2014, I established my company and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and objectives. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their desires and accomplish all they wish to achieve in their lives. As my career began to take off, I experienced one of the biggest losses in my life to datethat of losing my Mom. She won her eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll keep her in my heart. The lessons of life are often hidden from us, but they can be very valuable. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. I believe her passing gave me an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right to go on into her new chapter, as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. In my 30's, it is the first time I really feel I'm living my life. When I share my experience, I hope that my thoughts will resonate with those of yours. My hope is that my words will make you aware that you're not alone. You have the ability to achieve anything that your heart desires. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and that you die without regrets, as death is the only possibility that awaits all of us during our lives.
